| Artist Studies: Durene Jones |  | Pattern This was interesting for me because when I do backstitching, I'll fill in every single section of that area using quarter, three-quarters, etc. stitches so that everything stays neatly in within the backstitch. This was very different, especially with the text -- going through the center of the square? Gasp! But, despite having to fight my need to "color within the lines", this was a lot of fun to stitch and quick too! (Always a plus!) |
